About Us The Management Capacity Builder Peter Mathie is the principal and primary consultant. Peter’s community service career started in 1981.  Since then he has managed service delivery in youth services, employment and training, and vocational rehabilitation.  He has also worked in government; planning, negotiating and implementing funding for a range of community services through not-for-profits and other service delivery providers. Peter holds an MBA from Curtin Graduate School of Business, a bachelor of business in accounting and a graduate certificate in public sector management. Peter established The Management Capacity Builder as a consultancy service that offers assistance to build capacity to meet the growing demands of our community. The Management Capacity Builder has completed assignments across a wide range of organisations assisting with planning, tender writing, submissions and reports.
